"Execution of subscription service, repair and maintenance of passenger lifts (for warranty period) for the needs of the Municipality of Varna and the secondary budget spenders, incl. delivery of necessary services In the execution of the order, the servicing, repairing and maintenance of 4 passenger lifts, which are within a warranty period, installed withAccordingly:

Main Site: Bul. "Tsar Osvoboditel" № 25 (in the building of the Youth House), Asparuhovo quarter, Walking trails (at the crossing of "Mara Taseva" and Narodni Buditeli Blvd.)

I. servicing, repair and maintenance of 4 passenger lifts, which are within a warranty period, installed respectively: - in the building of the Youth Home, 25 Tsar Osvoboditel Blvd., Varna - 1, - Pedestrian passage, located at the junction of Mara Taseva Str. and Narodni Buditeli Blvd., Asparuhovo, Varna - 3 pcs.

According to a detailed Technical Specification and in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation for the Safe Operation and Technical Supervision of Lifts adopted by Decree of the Council of Ministers No 75 / 1.4.2003

For the purpose of ensuring the unladen work of the lift system, the value of the spare parts and labor is borne by the contractor. If repairs are required (if the repair is not covered by the warranty), in order to ensure the unladen work of the lift, the value of the spare parts used is approved in writing by the contracting authority by the contractoretta. The work is covered entirely by the monthly subscription fee paid. Subscription service only accepts technically upright elevators and, after signing the contract, an acceptance / delivery protocol is signed between the contractor and the contracting authority (through directors of directorates in Varna municipality and the directors / managers of RBR). regulatory requirementsand requirements of the assignor specified in the Technical Specification. The most economically advantageous tender is determined on the basis of the award criterion at the lowest price, 70, para. 2, item 1 of the Public Procurement Act under the indicator "Hardly agreed monthly subscription fees for servicing and repairing, if necessary, three pedestrian passports and one passenger lift calculated as a total value.The participant who has offered the lowest total price for execution is ranked first and the rest is ranked according to their bid prices. The participant must hold a valid certificate issued by the Chairman of the State Agency for Metrology and Technical Surveillance or authorized by officials of the Directorate General "Inspection for State Technical Supervision", according to Art. 36 oThe Law on Technical Requirements to Products, which makes it clear that he has the right to carry out the maintenance and repair activities of high-risk facilities, in particular "Maintenance and repair of lifts."

The performance guarantees for this procurement shall be submitted in one of the forms pursuant to Article 111, Paragraph 5 of the Public Procurement Act Pursuant to Article 111, Paragraph 2 of the PPA, the contracting authority sets out a guarantee for the execution of the contract in the amount of 3 (three)% of the value of the contract, whicho shall be deposited by the successful tenderer on the account of the contracting entity or a bank guarantee or an insurance covering the performance shall be provided by covering the contractor's liability before signing the contract.
