Insurance of personnel of the Ministry of Interior (Continued in II.1.4)

(Continued from II.1.1) cadets regularly training at the Academy of the Ministry of Interior

Main Site: The territory of the Republic BLAGARIYA.

1. Group Risk "Life" of Ministry of Interior, covering the following risks covered and benefits:

1.1. Upon the death of insurtrashings occurring during or in connection with the execution of the official debt, pay 12, 000 (twelve thousand) leva to the legal heirs; Death of any other nature paid 700 (seven hundred) leva to the legal heirs,

1.3. Permanent loss of incapacity for work due to an insurance accident occurring in the course of or in connection with the discharge of official duties such a percentage from 2000 (two thousand levs, which is the percentage of lost working capacity,

1.4. Permanent loss of incapacity for work due to an accident other than the cases under item 1.3 such a percentage of 500 (five hundred) levs, as the percentage of lost working capacity; Temporary loss of ability to work from an insurance accident over 20 (twenty) days 150 (one hundred and fifty) levs; Temporary loss of-ability to work out of a general condition over 40 (forty) days, of which 4 (four) days compulsory steady treatment 160 (one hundred and sixty) leva once in the insurance year. Group Life Risk Insurance for Students, Regular Training by the Academy of the Ministry of Interior covering the following covered risks and indemnities:

2.1 At the death of the Insured, occurring during or in connection with performanceof the official debt pay 6000 (six thousand) leva to the legal heirs; Permanent loss of working capacity due to an insurance accident occurring in the event of or in connection with the discharge of official obligations such a percentage of 1000 (BGN) thousand, as the percentage of lost working capacity; Permanent loss of incapacity for work from an accident other than the cases under 2.2. th• The participant must hold a license to carry out insurance activity on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, issued by the order of the Insurance Code (CC) by the Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) ), valid at the time of submitting the offer and including the subject matter of the order. The foreignthe participant shall hold a valid license and / or an equivalent document for carrying out insurance activity on the territory of the Republic of BULGARIA, issued by the order of the FSC and / or another competent authority, or an equivalent document issued under the legislation of the Member State, which the participant is established, valid at the moment of submitting the offer and including the insurance pthe subject of the order. The participant shall provide (state) in EDEDOP information on the existence of a certificate or equivalent and shall indicate the authority or service issuing the document. The Participant must not be deprived of the right to engage in insurance business.

When submitting the tender, the Participant declares this circumstance in Part IV, Section A, "Fitness", at EDEDOP.(copy certified true by the original) by the Financial Supervision Commission, which entitles the participant to perform insurance activity on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, which covers all types of insurance, the subject of the contract, and / or an equivalent document issued under the law of the Member State, in whichthe participant is established, according to Art. 67, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act.

The Contracting Authority does not require the economic and financial status of the participants. The assignor will remove from participation in the procedure a participant, for whom there is one of the circumstances under:

- art. 54, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act; - Art. 55, para. 1, item 1, item 3 and item 5 of the Public Procurement Act; 101, para. 11 of the Public Procurement Act; 107 of the Public Procurement Act; 3, item 8 and Art.4 of the Economic and Financial Relations Act with the companies registered in preferential tax jurisdictions, the persons controlled with them and their actual owners; Art. 69 in connection with Art. 6, para. (1) of the OPCONPI, a tenderer whose proposal for fulfillment of the contract does not meet all the conditions of the technical specification of the contracting authority. Where a participant in a procedurebut is a joint venture that is not a legal person, a copy of the document is required to show the legal basis for the formation of the grouping as well as the rights and obligations of the members of the grouping; the division of responsibility between the members of the grouping; the activities that each member of the consortium will perform in connection with this contract. The guarantee of fulfilledof the contract is 5% of its value excluding VAT. The Contractor provides the performance guarantee in one of the following forms:

3.Insurance that ensures execution by covering the contractor's liability.

Prior to the conclusion of the contract, the contractor shall submit documents for the performance guarantee. The bank account of the contracting entity-to provide a performance guarantee in the form of a cash amount is as follows: IBAN: BG 09 BNBG 9661 3300 1462 01, BIC code BNBGBGSD, BNB in the name of the Ministry of Interior. The guarantee for securing the fulfillment of the contract under items 1 and 2 may be provided on behalf of the contractor on behalf of a third party guarantor. The terms and conditions for the arrest or release of the guaranteebut for execution are settled in the draft contract for award of the public procurement. 104, para. 2 of the PPA, the evaluation of the technical and price proposals of the participants will be carried out before conducting a preliminary selection. Verification of the existence of grounds for removal and compliance with the selection criteria will be carried out in a manner not influenced by the results of the evaluation.but technical and price proposals.
