"Insurance of NRA Employees with Group Insurance against Accident and Life Insurance for 2018 and 2019." The subject of the Public Procurement (OP) is "Insurance of NRA Employees with Group Insurance against Accident and Life Insurance for 2018 and 2019. Main Site: The Republic of Bulgaria and Abroad The subject of the public procurement is "Insuranceof NRA employees with Group Insurance against Accident and Life Insurance for 2018 and 2019. All employees of the NRA Headquarters and the territorial structures of the Agency, regardless of their name, who are in employment relationships and employment relationships, including part-time workers, as well as those appointed under Council of Ministers Decree No. 66 of 28.3.1996 for personnel provision of some activities in the budget organizations
The total number of employees subject to insurance is:
- about 7, 600 (seven thousand six hundred) people - Group 1,
- about 700 (seven hundred) 2.
All NRA employees are insured at the date of signing the contract, whether they are at work or have some kind of statutory leave.and all employees of the NRA, regardless of their age.
Note: The number of employees is considered in terms of the number of employees under official and labor relations at the NRA at the moment of the opening of the procedure for awarding the public procurement and conditional. The number of persons included in the group insurance under the contract will be determined at the time of signing.
Risks covered:
1. End of permanent disability or death due to an accident; Advent of permanent disability or death due to illness; Temporal loss of work capacity due to an accident of more than 10 to 180 days; Advent of temporary disability due to illness over 20 to 100 days; Hospital stay of an insured person over 5 daysand up to 100 days; Dental dentistry resulting from an accident; Medical expenses related to incapacity for work due to illness for more than 20 days, incapacity for work due to an accident more than 10 days or hospitalization over 5 days; Expenses incurred for death in the life of the insurance over the costs paid by the NRA - The participant should be licensed to insurefor the offered insurance coverage
When submitting tenders, the participant declares the compliance with the above selection criterion by providing the information for a valid license for an insurer for the offered insurance cover under Art. 29 of the Insurance Code or under Art. 41 of the same code in Part IV, Section A, "Fitness", point 2 of the Single European Procurement Documentand (EEDOP). If the document is available in electronic format, the web address, authority or service issuing the document and the exact reference of the document should be specified.
The Contracting Authority may at any time request from the participants the submission of documents proving the information provided in EEDOP according to Art. 67, para. 5 of the Public Procurement Act where this is necessary for a lawful• If the participant envisages the participation of subcontractors, the requirement should be fulfilled by the subcontractors according to the type and share of their participation. In the case of participation of a grouping of natural and / or legal persons, which is unpersonified, the compliance with the criterion shall be proved by each of the persons included in it, according to the distribution of their participation in-performance of the activities provided for in the agreement establishing the grouping. If, in the course of the public procurement, a participant refers to the capacity of third parties, irrespective of the legal relationship between them, the provisions of Art. 65 of the Public Procurement Act.
The Contracting Authority shall remove from participation a participant for whom there are other than the grounds under Art. 54, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act and those under Art.55, para. 1, 3, 4 and 5 of the PPA as well as when it is established that the participant is a company registered in a preferential tax jurisdiction or controlled by such a company or one of the members of the grouping is registered or controlled by a registered company entity, unless there is an exception under Art. 4 of the Economic and Financial Relations with Companies Act, regin cases where preferential tax jurisdictions are in place, the persons controlled by them and their actual owners, as well as when the identification and verification of the client's identification can not be carried out by means of the Law on Measures against Money Laundering and its Implementing Rules (MIPD) means, including where the customer is a legal person, to natural persons, -who are its actual owners within the meaning of Art. 3, para. 5 of the MIPD. The estimated value of the contract is also the maximum admissible value of the public procurement.
