Supply of books for the community mediatheque of Aurillac basin
Place of execution: Aurillac. Market form: has purchase orders with no minimum or maximum. Award of a framework agreement for each lot. Framework agreement concluded for an initial period of 1 year from 1.1.2020. Estimated amount of benefits for the duration of the framework agreement: EUR 544 000, 00.

The application may be submitted in the form of forms DC1 and DC2 (available free of charge on the site www.economie.gouv.fr), in the form of a Single European Market Document (DUME). Electronic transmission of envelopes is required for this consultation. Therefore, paper transmission is not allowed. The transmission of documents electronically is carried out on the buyer`s profile. The choice of mode of transmission is global and irreversible. TheCandidates must apply the same method of transmission to all documents sent to the contracting authority. Each transmission will be the subject of a certain date of reception and an acknowledgment of electronic reception. As such, the reference time zone is (GMT 1:00) Paris, Brussels, Copenhagen, Madrid. The fold will be considered if the download ends after the date and time limit. If a new letter is sent electronically by the same candidate, the same candidate cancels and replaces the previous letter. The fold can be duplicated by a backup copy transmitted within the time limits, on electronic physical medium (CD-ROM, DVD-ROM, USB key) or in paper form. This copy must be placed in a fold bearing the mention, as well as the name of thecandidate and the identification of the procedure concerned. It is opened in the following cases:
- when a malicious computer program is detected in the electronically transmitted mail,
- when the electronic mail is received incomplete, out of time or could not be opened, provided that its transmission started before the closing of the delivery of the folds.
The backup copye may be transmitted or deposited at the following address: CABA, 3 place des Carmes, CS 80501, 15005 Aurillac Cedex. The electronic signature of documents is not required for this consultation. After allocation, the retained electronic tender may be converted into a paper offer if necessary to give rise to the handwritten signature of the framework agreement by the parties. Access feesto the network and recourse to the electronic signature are the responsibility of the candidates.
