Conclusion of motor insurance "Motor liability" for MoEW cars

The subject of the public procurement is insurance of "Motor liability of motorists" for MOEW cars.

Main Site: Territorial effect of civil liability insurance shall be determined in accordance with Article 480 of the Insurance Codethis contract shall include the conclusion of Motor Third Party Liability Insurance of 411 vehicles on the list (Annex No 1.1 to the technical specification), determined by type under the following conditions:

1. Insurance coverage: in accordance with the provisions of Article 493, Para 1 of the Insurance Code Compulsory Third Party Liability Insurancemotorists` liability covers third party liability for damage caused to third parties, including pedestrians, cyclists and other road users, as a result of owning or using a motor vehicle while driving or staying.

2. Insurance amounts / compensation limits: in accordance with the provisions of Article 492 of the Insurance Code:

- for herpecuniary and pecuniary damage as a result of personal injury or death - BGN 10 000 000 for each event, regardless of the number of victims,

- for property damage (property) - BGN 2 000 000 for each event, regardless of the number of injured persons .

Sums under the International Green Card Certificate, issued to the compulsory third party liability insuranceOmbudsmen are the minimum insurance amounts (limits of liability) applicable under the laws relating to compulsory motor third party liability insurance in the country in which the insured event occurred, respectively the damage to the third party.

3. in Article 494 of the Insurance Code.

Participants as required byArt. 12 of the Insurance Code must hold a valid license / permit issued by a competent authority to carry out insurance business in the territory of the Republic of BULGARIA, which covers all the insurance subject to this contract and non-residents the relevant document equivalent according to the law of the Member State in which they are established. The license / permit should be maintained for the entire duration of the contract.

The tenderers certify their compliance with this requirement by filling in the information on the license held in Part IV, Section A, in EEDEP - (Annex No. 3) to the procurement documents.

In order to prove its compliance with this requirement in the cases under Art. 67, para. 5 and para. 6 of the PPA the participants presentedcertified copy of a valid license / permit issued by a competent authority to carry out insurance business in the territory of the Republic of BULGARIA, the scope of which shall include all the insurance subject to this contract, and non-residents - the relevant equivalent of a document under the legislation of the Member State in which they are establishedrequirements for the economic and financial status of the participants.

The circumstances under Art. 54, para. 1, Art. 55, para. 1, item 1, item 3, item 4 and item 5 of the Public Procurement Act, Art. 3, item 8 and art. 4 of ZIFODRUPDRCLTDS and Art. 69 of the CITAA and the conditions under Art. 107 of the Public Procurement Act

Information on the lack or presence of circumstances under Art. 54 and Art. 55 of the Public Procurement Act, Art. 3, item 8 and art. 4 of ZIFODRUPDRCLTDS and Art.69 of the CITAA is completed in the EEDEP in Part III, Section A, B, C and D.

On the grounds of Art. 112, para. 1, item 4 of the Public Procurement Act, the contracting authority will conclude with the designated contractor a public procurement contract, provided that upon signing the contract the designated contractor submits a declaration that the circumstances under Art. 59, para. 1, item 3 of the LMML, declaration for lack of grounds for exclusion under Art. 54, para. 1, items 4, 5 and 7 and art. 55, para. 1, items 3 to 5 of the Public Procurement Act, a statement of the circumstances under Art. 69 of the CITAA, a declaration under art. 3, item 8 and art. 4 of ZIFODRUPDRCLTDS.
