Hire of ice blocks for the magic of Christmas

As part of the magic of Christmas, the city of Carcassonne wants to rent ice blocks for the realization of various attractions. It is a framework agreement of the type with purchase orders without minimum and with maximum, concluded with an economic operator. The purpose of the services is the rental of blocs glaciers, various accessories, delivery, assembly facilities, disassembly and removal at the end of the Christmas festivities. The operations of conformity and control of the ice and the cold group are the responsibility of the service provider. The amount of benefits for the initial period of the framework agreement is up to a maximum of EUR 300 000 excluding tax. This amount will be identical for theeventual period of renewal.

Execution times will be fixed at each purchase order, being specified that the exploitation of the ice blocks is planned in a general way, for the initial period and its eventual renewal, from 1 week of the month of December to mid-January of the following year. For the first period, the exact date of the installationdefinitive action will be communicated later.
