Providing legal services to the statutory city of Kladno

The subject matter of the public contract is the provision of legal services to the city of Kladno. The public contract is divided into 4 parts as specified in the tender documentation. With selected entrants, framework agreements will be concluded to fulfill the individual parts of the public contract, the text of which is given in the appendix to the tender documentation. Basic eligibility according to - 74 of the Public Procurement Act. The Contractor shall demonstrate the fulfillment of the conditions of basic eligibility in relation to the Czech Republic by submitting: a) a statement from the Criminal Register for item 4.2 pism. a) procurement documentation,

If the supplier is a legal entity, this condition must be fulfilledand that each member of the statutory body. If a member of the statutory body is a member of a legal entity, this condition must be met by this legal entity, each member of the statutory body of that legal entity and the person representing that legal entity in the statutory body of the supplier. (b) the procurement documentation,

(c) a written declaration of honor in relation to the excise duty referred to in point 4.2. (b) tender documentation; (c) the procurement of documentation; d) tender documentation,

f) by listing from the Commercial Register or by submittingDeclaration of Honor in the event that it is not registered in the Commercial Register

Professional competence for which the Contractor submits:

(a) Excerpts from the Commercial Register, insofar as they are entered in the Register of Companies, or if they are listed in another; b) proof of entitlement to business according to special legal regulations - certificate issued by the Czech Bar Association on the membership of the participant in this Chamber in accordance withAct No. 85/1996 Coll., on advocacy, in the wording of later regulations, proving the right of the participant to practice advocacy.
