The aim of the competition is to form a framework structure to which two (2) suppliers are chosen. Procurement is carried out in a restricted procedure. Acquisition of Veikkaus' legal services, particularly those of priority domains.

Professional services can be sisaeleeae eg. the following factories: counseling, inspection and drafting of documents and reports, assistance in contract and other negotiations, dispute settlement and judicial redress, cooperation with various authorities andand where appropriate legal training services. The contract will be extended to Veikkaus' Help Desk service, which will be implemented as a telecoms service as a saw service.
Agreement with selected suppliers for two (2) year mae rays and contracts may be extended with two (2) one year (1) years. The contract period is scheduled for commencing in February 2019opimus does not include an exclusive right or a minimum purchase obligation for the provision of services or assignments to Veikkaus.
The aim of the acquisition is to provide a help desk for Veikkaus, which is also implemented as a teleconferencing service. The Help Desk service is designed to be able to meet Veikkaus' right to apply for a call for tendersnight wonder, unless it is unreasonable to answer the wanderings due to the extent or the doubt. Veikkaus' preliminary (unobtrusive) estimate of the required Help Desk is 10 15 people per year (7.5 h) per year. Help Desk is designed to focus on contract, IT, data protection and consumer protection issues, lottery lawprocurement. The Help Desk should be available on weekdays from 8:00 to 17:00. The offeror should contact the Help Desk service and contact the service of the Vocational Senior Associate (or equivalent) expert. The Help Desk phone service may not work on a special billed phone number.
Veikkaus will have to buy a bulloutside the procurement procedure, procurement law services for the award of public procurement tenders. Naemae's purchases have now been included in the procurement of competitive legal expertise services. Veikkaus may become a hyoedyntaeae in the legal services of public procurement, for example in the resolution of disputes with other expert offices, than the elective-offices.
