Services in construction insurance for a socio-cultural center in Bourg-la-Reine :

The contract guarantees apart from any liability researchto the benefit of the master of the work: the payment of damage repair works, even resulting from a defect of the ground, of the nature of those for which the builders are responsible within the meaning of Article 1792.1 of the Civil Code; manufacturers and importers or technical control, that is to say, the damage which:

- jeopardizes the solidity of the structures constituting the operation of construction, - affecting the said works in one of their component parts or any of their component parts, renders them unsuitable for their purpose, - affecting the soundness of one of the inseparable components of the equipment. works of viability, foundation, structure, enclosure or roofing within the meaning of Article 1792.2 of the Civil Code. Damage repair work includesalso the demolition, clearing, dismantling or dismantling work that may be required.

For an effective study of the candidate's file, the file must include 2 files: 1 application file and a file containing the offer.
