The purpose of the framework agreement is to provide legal advice, assistance and / or representation in the field of trpublic ansport of travelers (see the rules of submission of candidatures, downloadable on the platform http://www.e-marchespublics.com)

The purpose of the lot n 1 is the realization of services of legal consultation and legal representation in law social policy for urban public passenger transport (see the regulations for the submission of applications, downloadable on the platform http: //www.e-marchespublics.com)

- a statement is requested concerning the overall turnover and the turnover for services, subject of the market, realized during the last 3 financial years available (or form DC2). The applicant can justify its financial capacity by any other document considered as equivalent by the contracting entity,

- in case of creation of aSocial and Economic Council (ESC), the candidate provides the minutes of the meeting of the CSE devoted to the examination of the report on the general situation of the company and the action program, - proof of an insurance for the professional risks.

The present consultation is passed according to the negotiated procedure with preliminary call for competition of the article 42 1 c) of the order n 2015-899 of 23.7.2015 and Article 74 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016. The framework agreement is passed without minimum or maximum. In accordance with the provisions relating to framework agreements provided for in Articles 78 and 79 of Decree 2016-360, upon the occurrence of the needs of its members, the CATP will proceed to the awarding of contracts on the basis of this framework agreement, called . Each subsequent march isra executed by means of purchase orders. This CSLA is an application submission and not an offer submission. The services envisaged in the framework agreement will be realized in metropolitan France, Corsica, Departments and regions of overseas (DROM ), Overseas Communities and News-Cale
