Supply of Multifunction Printers and Main UPS Power Supply

The subject of the order is a supply multifunction printers for the uranium and branch offices of the contracting authority and the supply of the central UPS power supply to usof the contracting authority. In addition to supplies, the subject of the order is also provided with the provision of related services, transportation and delivery of multifunctional printers and central UPS power supply to specified premises at the delivery points designated by the contracting authority, training of the operators, delivery of the user documentation provided by the manufacturer, performance of the guaranteed service in the range of stannotated conditions and the design documentation of the connection of the central UPS power supply, implementation of the installation and connection of the UPS power supply unit and the preparation of the revision report

The subject of the contract is the supply of multifunctional printers for the uranium and branch offices of the contracting authority, services, ie. transport and freight-multifunction printers to designated locations at the delivery points designated by the contracting authority, training of the operator, delivery of user documentation provided by the manufacturer and performance of the warranty service within the specified conditions.

Detailed definition of the subject matter of the contract is Part B.1 and Part B.2 of the tender documents, which are published in the profile of the contracting authority on the portal www.uvo.gov.sk and at www.evo.gov.sk

1. The conditions for participation in public procurement pursuant to - 32 of Act no. 343/2015 Coll. on the Public Procurement and on the Amendment to Certain Laws, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"), concerning the personal status jointly for all the parts of the object of the Procurement. The Applicant must meet the conditions for the personal status mentioned in - 32 par. 1 zakoon the. Documents and documents by means of which the applicant proves that he fulfills the conditions for the person's personal status according to Section 32 of the Act:

1.1 The Applicant proves that he / she fulfills the conditions for the person's personal status according to - 32 par. 1 of the Act, in accordance with - 32 par. 2 of the Act or under Section 152 of the Law

1.2 The Public Procurer recommends that the Applicant to the Conditions of Participation be personallyon status according to - 32 par. 1 letter. g) ah) the law has made a declaration of honor, which will obviously fulfill the following conditions of the individual's personal status:

1.3 In the case of a tenderer who is formed by a group of contractors engaged in public procurement, proof of fulfillment of the conditions of his / her personal status each member of the group separately. Meeting the conditionin accordance with - 32 par. 1 letter. e) the law proves a member of the group only in relation to that part of the subject of the procurement to ensure it

1.4 Documents and documents which the applicant demonstrates personal status must be submitted as original or their certified true copies

1.5 If an applicant, place of business or usual residence outside the territory of the Slovak Republic and the statutes of the Slovak Republic, miebusiness or usual residence does not issue any of the documents mentioned in - 32 par. 2. If the right of the applicant's status with a seat, place of business or habitual residence outside the territory of the Slovak Republic is not regulated by the Institute of the Czech Republicmay be replaced by a declaration made before a court, a body, a notary, another professional institution or a commercial institution in accordance with the rules applicable to the status, place of business or usual residence of the applicant. according to - 152 of the Act or the certificate of registration shall issue the relevant timethe Member State of the Member State in which the applicant or tenderer proves that the conditions for participation in a public contract have been fulfilled. The contracting authority shall also accept an equivalent document submitted to the applicant or assignee. Entry in the list of entrepreneurs carried out under Act no. 25/2006 Coll. on Public Procurement and on Amendments to Certain Laws as amended by later regulations effective until April 17, in the list of economic subjects within the scope of the recorded facts.

1.8 The public contracting authority gives notice to the General Methodological Guideline no. 6/2016 Public Procurement Act of 12 August 2016 in relation to - 32 par. 1 letter. (a) the law on the submission of extracts from the criminal record as well as the person's right. Within the scope of this public tender, the provisions of - 66 par. 7-of the Act, ie the contracting authority will assess the fulfillment of the conditions of participation in accordance with Section 40 of the Act after evaluating the tenders pursuant to Section 53 of the Act. The user does not divide the documents into a separate section of the menu labeled Other and a separate section of the menu labeled as Criteria, but submits all the documents together in one package. 3.-Public procurement is implemented as an electronic public procurement through the portal www.evo.gov.sk (hereinafter EVO portal or EVO system). The EVO system will be used for on-line submission of notices to the contracting authority, for the provision of procurement documentation for the interested parties, for communication and explanation, and for making an electronic auction. The Public Procurement Officer recommends that theEntities registered with EVO. This registration is associated with certain process terminations, so it is necessary to do so in good time. EVO registration can be realized by the interested person at least until the deadline for submission of tenders

5. The supporting documents are provided via the EVO portal and are published in the profile of the public procurer at portals-www.uvo.gov.sk.

6th The tenderer shall draw up and submit the tender only in paper form outside the EVO system, in accordance with the published notice of the award of the contract and the tender documents. Tenders, designs and other documents and documents in public procurement pursuant to Section 21 6 of the Act shall be submitted in the national language. Detailed information on submitting a bid in the foreign language is given in A.1 pStrong bases.

8. The public contracting authority reserves the right not to accept the offer of the bidder, which exceeds the estimated value of the order for individual parts of the order. The applicant may provisionally replace the documents proving the fulfillment of the terms and conditions stipulated by the Contracting Authority for a single European document (hereinafter referred to as JED) within the meaning of Section 39 of the Act. 10. The contracting authority declares that it restricts the information required for the conditions of participation (eg-Part 5/6 IV: Terms of Section A to D of the JED) on 1 question with yes or no answer (alpha: Globalny for all conditions of the part), i. whether the economic entities fulfill all the required conditions of part time without having to fill in the other parts of Part IV: Conditions for participation of the JED. Security of the offer is required:

- for part 1 of the subject of the order of EUR 20, 000.00,

- for part 2 of theedt of the order of EUR 3 500.00

12. The contracting authority may not enter into a contract with an applicant or tenderers who are required to register with the public sector partners and are not entered in the register of public sector partners or which are subcontractors or subcontractors under Act No. 315/2016Z. z. the register of public sector partners and the amendment of some laws that have the obligation to register with public sector partners and not to register them. In the case of the awarding of this order, it is a contract with the elements of mixed bids, on the supply of goods and the provision of related services, which form one whole.
