3.2. The scope of the robot includes:

stand management, including partial removal of trees and dead bushes, eligible for logging due to very poor health, and tree felling and busho young (samosiewow) colliding with the most valuable old trees. At the level of the park ruin, it is expected that the invasive species of the Knotwing will be limited. As part of the stand maintenance, it is also planned to preserve some of the existing trees in the park, including nature monuments. In addition, for the purpose of improving the composition of the park and its biodiversity protectionnew plantings of trees, shrubs and green plants are planned. The project also provides for the assembly of breeding boxes, hotels for insects and nest boxes for bumble bees.

During the implementation of works in 2020, the Ordering Party plans to make a new pavement of avenues in the Park and assembly of small architecture elements as part of a separate order. The place of work location will be presentedit is on the drawing constituting Annexes 3.1 and 3.2 to the ToR. It will mean that on the same territory and at the same time construction works will be performed by the second Contractor in the above-mentioned period.

Note

1. The City Park will be open to residents for the duration of works. In the event ofAt the request of the Contractor, however, it is allowed to close the Park in the part necessary for the correct implementation of Sentence 1 or to ensure the safety of third parties will be closed, i.e. from the moment of transfer of the Contractor's premises to the final acceptance of work

2. It is the Contractor's responsibility to secure the area around the shearing tree in compliance with health and safety regulations. Liability for damage scaused by the property or health and life of third parties shall be borne by the Contractor. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to have a current third party liability insurance policy for at least PLN 700, 000.00.

3. The contractor is obliged to export wood and cut branches on an ongoing basis. It is not allowed to store wood, branches or chips in the park.

4. The orderer will carry out continuous supervision over the performedrobots.

5. In the park it is possible to make the skidding of the wood for the alleys with the use of a debris or handheld.

6. The Municipal Park in Nisko is entirely under the care of a conservator. Before starting work, the Contractor is obliged to inform about the planned start date of works of the Zab Ochrony Security Office in Przemyśl Delegatura in Tarnobrzeg

3.3. A detailed description of the subject is provided- it constitutes Annex No. 10 to the Specification of Essential Terms of Orders (hereinafter referred to as SIWZ),

3.4. The Contracting Authority informs that offers placed in an unlimited tender will have to cover the entire order. • Wood harvested from logging will be the property of the Contractor. The value of wood from the felling was determined in the "Estimation report specifying the value of the stand for the purposefor the felling in the Historic Municipal Park in Nisko as part of the implementation of the project: Restoration of the Historic Municipal Park in Nisko, taking into account the sites of biological diversity "co-financed from RPOWP 2014-2020" and amounts to PLN 40, 988.50 net. The contractor should take into account the value of the harvested timber in the price of the offer.

1. The Contractor should submit a bid bond before the deadline for submission of offers in the amount of PLN 30, 000.00 (in words: thirty thousand zlotys 00/100).

2. In the proceedings in question, the procedure set out in Article 24aa of the Act.

3. The Offer consists of the following documents and attachments only in electronic form filled out and signed byThe contractor by qualified electronic signature:

- offer form,

- material and financial schedule,

- proof of payment of bid bond.

Together with the offer, the Contractor should send only in electronic form filled out and signed with a qualified electronic signature

- Power of Attorney (if applicable)

- Uniform European Order Document completed and signed by the contractor,

- Uniform Euthe Order Document filled out and signed by the donor subject, if applicable.

The Employer does not provide for variants.

The Contractor submits the offer via ePUAP to the address of the Nisko Commune in Polish. The deadline for binding the offer is 60 days. The contracting authority does not intend to conclude a framework agreement or establish a dynamic purchasing system. The contracting party does not anticipatee the use of electronic auction. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the award of contracts referred to in Article 67 sec. 1 point 6 of the Act of 29.1.2004. Public Procurement Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1986, as amended).

The Employer will exclude from the proceedings the Contractor subject to exclusion pursuant to art. 24 sec. 1 and art. 24 sec. 5 points 1, 2 and 8.
