Providing laboratory services, including sampling, analysis and reporting. The framework agreement offered includes the provision of laboratory services in the following areas:
- Drinking water; Drinking water and groundwater samples
The tenderer must submit as part of the tender a completed version of the Common European Call for Documents (ESPD), where the requested information is to be provided. The ESPD is a self-declaration that serves as preliminary evidence that the Tenderer meets the criteria for exclusion, suitability and selection.
Guidance:
- Tenderingis completing the ESPD in EU Supply according to the requested information according to the following; Other Entities or Participants in Associations must also submit the ESPD.
Tenderer must complete the following in the ESPD. The information provided in the ESPD must be verified by the Tenderer prior to award decision, cf. VI.3. - Part II: Information on the economic operator:

Service certificate must be a maximum of six (6) months old from the time limit for the offer. . 2 weeks from ordering the service certificate is received.
If the Offeror, one or more of the participants in the Associationor Other Units are not from Denmark, this must, as a rule, provide the forms of documentation provided by eCertis. e-Certis is an online information system that must be used to find the right documentation to be used by EU Member States in connection with tenders.
If their countries do not issue the relevant certificates or documents, or cover themdo not see all the relevant cases, they can be replaced by a statement under oath. If oaths are not used in the country concerned, a declaration of faith and laws may be used instead.
