AMA Animal Welfare Restriction Checks

The client has been building comprehensive quality assurance programs in the food industry over the last decades. In order to check compliance with these quality assurance programs, the client is looking for a laboratory that will check compliancethese quality assurance programs can be commissioned (framework contract). The subject of the tender is, in concrete terms, the execution and processing of residue tests in urine, faeces and animal feed samples of livestock (beef and pork). Main site: Location of the client In the past decades, the client has implemented a comprehensive quality assurance programme in the food industry. To verify adherence to these quality assurance programs, the client is looking for a laboratory that can be commissioned to verify compliance with these quality assurance programs (framework agreement). The subject of the tender is, in concrete terms, the performance and processing of residue tests for urine, faeces and fodder proFarm animals (cattle and pigs).

The contract is awarded exclusively to authorized, efficient and reliable entrepreneurs (cf - 20 (1) BVergG 2018). The eligibility criteria are knock-out criteria. Anyone who fails to fulfill them at the time of the expiry of the period of participation can not be admitted to the proceedings.
