Delivery of laboratory reagents and consumables

Periodic supply of laboratory reagents and consumables for the needs of Second SAGBAL Sheinovo EAD in 4 separate positions for a period of 12 months.

Main Site: Warehouse of Second SAGBAL Sheinovo EAD, city of Sofia, 19 Shaynovo Str.and with detailed technical specifications, unit of measure and estimated quantity, with regard to their intended use and the medical equipment available (where applicable). The technical specification includes 248 types of reagents and consumables, divided into 10 groups. Lot contains groups with a requirement for complex delivery.

Bidders must have rollsbottom permit for wholesale of medical devices, issued under the Medical Devices Act, or other equivalent document certifying his right to trade in medical devices. Authorization or certification is not required from manufacturers of medical devices.

To certify the above requirements and compliance with the selection criteria set out, the participant declares whichspecific information by filling in the information in the EDES for the document (s) it holds in Part IV "Selection Criteria", section / letter "A" Suitability, where it describes data on the relevant document (number, publisher, etc.) and indicates a public register, containing the particulars of the specified circumstance.

The tenderer designated as a contractor shall submit a certified copy of the documents described in the OEDOP beforehatching contract or upon request in the course of the procedure, pursuant to Art. 67, para. 5 of the Public Procurement Act

The assignor does not set requirements for the economic and financial status of the participants in the procedure.

On the grounds of Art. 47, para. 3 of the PPPOP, because of the identity of the selection criteria for the four lots, one application for participation is allowed.

The participant designated as a contractorThe public procurement contractor shall be obliged, before signing the contract, to submit a performance guarantee of 3% (three percent) of the contract value excluding VAT. The guarantees are provided in one of the following forms at the participant`s choice:

- monetary amount payable to Second SAGBAL Sheinovo EAD on the following bank account: Municipal Bank - AD - San Stefano Plaza Branch, IBAN: BG27SOMB91301027523102, BIC: SOMBBGSF (certified copy),

- bank guarantee issued in favor of the contracting authority, valid up to 30 days after the expiration of the warranty period of the delivered equipment (in the original),

- insurance, which guarantees the performance by covering the liability of The requirements for the preparation and submission of tenders are detailed in the documentation for participation.
