Purchase of FUSE C13 consumables. "from the Operational Program Competitiveness 2014-2020 (financing contract31 / 1.9.2016, ID-P-37-745).

The framework agreement will be concluded for a period of 6 months, with a maximum of 2 economic operators, by awarding subsequent contracts without resuming the competition.

The estimated value of the framework agreement without VAT is between 4 225.00 and 53 008, 00 RON. Subsequent contracts will usually be concluded for each budget year (maximum 2 contract per year)

The estimates of the minimum and maximum quantities of the framework agreement, as well as the estimates of the minimum and maximum quantities of a single subsequent contract are specified in the specifications.

The estimated value without VAT of the smallest subsequent contract is 4 225, 00 RON and the largest subsequent contract is RON 53 008.00.

1) Economic operator (leader, associate, third party supporter, subcontractor) must not be found in the situations provided in art. 164, art. 165, art. 167 of Law no. 98/2016 and will complete the corresponding requirement in the DUAE form in the award documentation. The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of those assumed by completing the DUAE will be presented, at the request of the contracting authority, scanned and electronically signed extins, only by the bidder ranked first after applying the award criterion (including the associated bidders / subcontractors / third party supporters, as the case may be) until the date of the conclusion of the award procedure report, according to art. 196 paragraph (2) of Law no. 98/2016 regarding public procurement.

These documents are:

(a) the fiscal attestation certificate for legal entities regarding the obligationThe payment methods to the consolidated budget of the state regarding the lack of outstanding debts regarding the payment of taxes, taxes or contributions to the general consolidated budget (state budget, local budget, etc.) at the time of presentation of the certificate or the value of these debts falls within the thresholds set out in art. 166 para. (2) of Law no. 98/2016 regarding public procurement,

(b) the recordjudiciary of the economic operator and of the members of the administrative, management or supervisory body of the respective economic operator or of those who have power of representation, decision or control within it, as it results from the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / the constitutive document,

(c) documents proving that the economic operator can benefit fromthe derogations provided in art. 166 para. (2), art. 167 para. (2), art. 171 of Law 98/2016 on public procurement, as the case may be,

(d) other building documents, as the case may be;

2) The economic operator (leader, associate, third party supporter, subcontractor) must not be found in the situations provided in art. 60 of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement. The economic operator (leader, associate, tersupporter, subcontractor) will complete the corresponding requirement in the DUAE form from the award documentation. Framing in the situation provided in art. 60 of Law no. 98/2016 regarding public procurement attracts the exclusion of the tenderer from the procedure applied for awarding the public procurement contract. Form 1, scanned and extended electronically signed, is to be presented, at the mailthe contracting authority, only by the tenderer ranked first after applying the award criterion (including the associated bidders / subcontractors / third party supporters, as the case may be) until the date of the conclusion of the award procedure report, according to art. 196 paragraph (2) of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement.
