The contracting authority will only retain the applications that have been submitted fully and correctly according to the description in the document "Application to participate "(see https://cloud.3p.eu/Downloads/1/214/VJ/2018) This contract concerns a framework agreement of 48 months for the delivery, placingand commissioning at least 10 devices for blood gas analysis including all required reagents, consumables and couplings (eg middleware, bidirectional GLIMS coupling and implementation of these). Also included is an optional maintenance contract. * * Excerpt from the criminal record or equivalent document showing that the tenderer:

- has not been convicted for-participation in criminal organizations, bribery, fraud or money laundering,

- is not in a state of bankruptcy or liquidation, - no declaration of bankruptcy or no proceedings of liquidation or judicial reorganization is pending against him, - not convicted of a crime that affects professional integrity.

The aforementioned certificate has recently been issued (up to 3 monthsand old compared to the opening date) as well as in the name of the company and not on a natural person (unless it concerns a sole proprietorship)

* The tenderer submits the Uniform European Tender Document that they have filled in, which consists of an updated self-declaration and that the contracting authority accepts as provisional evidence to replace a governmental authorityor documents issued by third parties or certifying that the tenderer concerned satisfies all of the following conditions:

1 he is not in one of the exclusion situations referred to in Articles 67 to 69 of the Law of 17-6-2016; 2 he meets the applicable selection criteria as determined in accordance with article 71 of the law of 17 June 2016.

The UEA, whereee the tenderer declares that he meets the following selection criteria:
