Note: In case the contractor applies for thighsgreens orders in several packages this insurance must include the total sum insured for those packages in which the contractor will submit an offer. 1. Based on Article. 24aa of the Act, the contracting authority may first evaluate the offers and then examine whether the contractor whose tender has been rated as the most advantageous is not subject to exclusion and meets the conditions for participation in the procedure.. Contractors who are not subject to exclusion from the proceedings in the circumstances specified in the Public Procurement Law may apply for the award of the contract. In order to confirm the absence of grounds for excluding the contractor from participation in the proceedings, the contracting authority requests the following documents specified in Chapter I point 6. Conditions for participation in the procedure and description of how to perform the assessment meetof these conditions, sub-point 2.
3. The person submitting the offer remains bound to it for a period of 60 days. The period begins with the deadline for submitting bids.
