UiB [the University of Bergen] and OUS [Oslo University Hospital Trust] intend to procure one MRI/PET image scanner each. The scanner shall be used on small animals.
UiB intends to procure a compact MRI/PET image scanner for small animals, possibly a MRI image scanner with an option for an upgrading to a future PET capacity.
OUS intends to procure one MRI/PET image scanner for small animals, mainly for cardiac and neurological scanning However, a PET/MRI is preferred.
