Wanted to purchase an SMD component assembly line consisting of Automatic screen printing machine, automatic planting machine, soldering furnace rejection type, optic verification and repair of printed wiring, automatic selective soldering station, workstation 2 operators for endowment of an execution, planting and testing PCB with SMD components in prototyping and small / medium production, through open tender procedure with online JOUE.

- Automatic planting machine - 1 piece,
- Refuse soldering iron - 1 piece, - - Optical verification and repair of printed wiring - 1 piece,
- Automatic selective soldering station in wave - 1 piece,
- Work station 2 operators - 1 piece
Requirement no. 1. Bidders, third-party supporters and subcontractors must not be foundin the situations provided by art. 164, 165, 167 of Law no. 98/2016, respectively art. 177, 178, 180 of Law no. 99 / 2016.
Means of performance:
The DUAE will be completed in accordance with Art. 193 par. (1) of the Law no. 98/2016, respectively art. 202 par. (1) of Law 99 / 2016.
The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the assumed by completing the DUAE are to be submitted to the personsthe contracting authority / entity only to the bidder ranked first in the intermediate rankings drawn up at the completion of the evaluation of the tenders are the following: - - certificates regarding the lack of overdue debts, regarding the payment of taxes, duties or contributions to the consolidated general budget (local budget, state, etc.) at the moment of presentation,
- the criminal record of the operationthe economic operator and the members of the management, management or supervisory body of that economic operator, or those having the power of representation, decision or control therein, as it results from the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / - where appropriate, documents demonstrating that the economic operator may benefit from the derogationsprovided in art. 166 par. (2), art. 167 par. (2), art. 171 of the Public Procurement Law 98/2016, - other editorial documents, as the case may be.
If in the country of origin or the country in which the tenderer / third party / subcontractor is established no documents of the kind referred to above or those documents do not cover all the situations provided in art. 164, 165and 167, the contracting authority / entity is required to accept a declaration on its own responsibility or, if there are no legal provisions on the declaration on its own responsibility, a genuine declaration given to a notary, an administrative or judicial authority, or of a professional association that has skills in this respect.
Caution: DUAE failureelectronically signed with the offer (including the affiliate / third party supporter) draws its rejection as unacceptable. The following documents will be submitted with the DUAE: the firm's firm commitment of the third party to support the way in which its sustainability, subcontracting agreement and / or association agreement will materialize, as the case may be. Failure to do so with DUAE is the basis for requesting clarification of any inaccurate form of information contained in the DUAE sections of both the tenderer / candidate and the subcontractor / third party, which is necessary to ensure the proper conduct of the award procedure. no. 2.
