Supply of specialized airborne equipment and laboratory equipment for the needs of Qasar CC within the territory of the SLT association in 2 detached positions

The subject of the public procurement includes delivery, installation, testing of specialized equipment and training of the personnel of the assignor in 2 lots.

Main Site:The place of performance of the order is Sofia - Supply of specialized equipment in accordance with the requirements of the technical specification and in compliance with the conditions of the procedure - The Contracting Authority does not specify for the participants selection criteria concerning fitness for professional use Activity - applies to lot 1:

The participant has achieved a minimum total turnoverincluding a minimum turnover in the scope covered by the contract, not less than BGN 100, 000.00 (one hundred thousand) in the last 3 (three) completed financial years, depending on the date on which the applicant or the participant is established or is - Valid for lot 2:

The participant has achieved a minimum total turnover, including a minimum turnover in the field falling within the scope ofthe amount of the order not less than 350, 000.00 (three hundred and fifty thousand) BGN in the last 3 (three) completed financial years, depending on the date on which the applicant or the participant was established or started its activity

Under minimum turnover within the scope of the contract is to be understood as turnover from the supply of specialized laboratory and / or scientific equipment• Documents proving compliance with the stated requirement: • To certify and demonstrate compliance with financial and economic requirements, the participant will fill in the information in Part IV "Selection Criteria", Section B "Economic and Financial Condition "by eEEDOP.

Under the terms of Art. 67, para. 5 of the PPL, the participant should be able to present evidence under Art. 62, a(1) (3) and (4), namely the annual financial statements or their components when required to be published, and a statement of the turnover in the sphere falling within the scope of the contract. According to Art. 64, para. 2 of the Public Procurement Act, if for good reason the participant is unable to present the documents requested by the contracting authority, he can prove his economic and financial condition with the help of eachdocument that the Assignor deems appropriate
