CPV Description: The scope of the contract is the supply of scientific, research laboratory equipment, for the needs of the University of Patras.

For the valid participation in the process of concluding this contract contract, shall be lodged by the participating economic operators (tenderers)(s), a Letter of Guarantee, the amount of which should be in EUR, 2% of the estimated value (budgeted) of the contract, excluding VAT. In the case of an association of economic operators, the participation guarantee also includes the condition that the guarantee covers the obligations of all economic operators participating in the association., for at least 30 days after the expiration of the term of validity of the offer in Article 2.4.5), otherwise the offer is rejected. The contracting authority may, before the expiry of the tender, ask the tenderer to extend the term of validity of the tender and of the participation guarantee before expiry. Performance Letter of Guarantee
