Acquiring a Set of Equipment for Aquarium Animal Facilities Under the Celimer Project

The purpose of this contract is to acquire a set of equipment for the maintenance and testing of aquatic animals under the Celimer project.

The purpose of this contract is to acquire a set of equipment to maintain and aquatic animal experimentation as part of the Celimer project. This set of equipment includes dedicated equipment:

- storage of clean water: cuvliquid storage (station 1),

- the UV treatment of water: UV filter (station 2),

- the containment of animals in the quarantine area and experimental area: ponds and aquariums, with supports and connections (station 3),

- water recirculation: mechanical pumps and fittings (station 4),

- recirculated water treatment: mechanical filtration, pump and sand filter compound (station 5), biological filtration, composed of support, biological filtration and biomedia tanks (station 6), skimmers (station 7), thermal coolers (station 8),

- feeding of animals: food dispensers (station 9),

- at l Aquatic animal laboratory equipment: fixed benches and mobile bench on wheels (station 10) as well as laboratory stools (station 11),

EThe description and their technical specifications are defined in the special technical clauses (CCTP) n 18 / 21.

The services expected under this contract are: supply, delivery and training in the use of the system for the study of animal behavior (Item 12).

This market takes effect at its-notification date. Notification shall mean the date of acknowledgment of receipt of the notification by the holder. Notwithstanding Article 3.2.1 of the CCAG-FCS, the period of execution does not start from the notification of the market but from the date of the notification to the holder of the order form, knowing that the period of issue of purchase orders is 12 months fromthe market notification. The market terminates when the contractor has cleared all of its contractual obligations under the contract, ie at the end of the last warranty period for equipment and materials accepted.

In accordance with the provisions of Articles 78 and 80 of the decree n 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to the public markets, the present market is a framework agreement with voucherswith a single economic operator without minimum amount and with a maximum amount of EUR 100 000 excluding VAT over the total duration of the contract
