Equipment for Full Nitride MBE

Reference Number : ANSK-0274-18

The aim of the procurement is an upgrade and reconditioning of our old model 'Varian Gen II, molecular radiation epitaxy installation' from a system that has primarily been used to make gallium arsenide and gallium antimonide semi-conductors, to a system that can produce nano threads and films of gallium nitride and related materials of high optical quality. The MBE installation will be used for research.
