The procurement of equipment is aimed at covering the minimum necessary equipment for the smooth operation of the schools of vocational education, training and adult education in order to be able to cope with the technologically evolving educational and training requirements imposed by the modern age

The requested equipment emerged after their registration-Needs of the Regional Directorate of the South Aegean.

The items of equipment supply, with their respective quantities, are described in detail in Part A of Annex I (List of items to be supplied - Section 1) of the detailed tender notice. the technical specifications of the species are given in the Tables of Compliance in Annex III of the detailed-The economic operators involved in the process of concluding this contract are required to engage in commercial, industrial or craft activity related to the subject matter of the procurement. Economic operators established in a Member State of the European Union are required to be registered in one of the professional or commercial registers kept in the Stateor to satisfy any other requirement set out in Annex XI of Appendix A to Law No 4412/2016. In the case of economic operators established in a member state of the European Economic Area (EEA) or in third countries that have acceded to the SIC. or in third countries not covered by the previous case and having concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements-with the Union, in matters relating to public procurement procedures, are required to be entered in appropriate professional or commercial registers. The economic operators established in Greece are required to be registered with the Chamber of Craftsmen or the Chamber of Commerce or Industry.

Also: a) Manufacturers of electrical and electronic equipment (HN) are required to be registeredthe National Producers' Register (Ε.Μ.Π.Α.), according to Y.A. (b) Distributors are required to dispose of UN products, the producers of which are registered in the Producers' Register under Article 17 of the United States Patent No. 181504/2016 (Government Gazette 2454B). (C) packaging manufacturers, producers or managers of other products are required to have fulfilled their obligations(d) Transporters of packaged products are obliged not to dispose of products whose producers have not fulfilled the obligations arising from Article 4B of Law 2939/01, as amended and in force. / 01 as amended and in force.
