Request for participation: Result of work-oriented - a result-based service package in North Karelia

Reference Number: POKELY / 192/2019

The North Karelia Center for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment (ELY Center) asks for candidates to participate in the negotiated procedure for the application for participation in the negotiated procedure. according to its annexes (1-2)prevented. The North Karelia ELY Center and the Employment and Economic Development Office (TE Office) are a pilot in the field of modernizing and developing their services. Pilot's goal is to develop a new kind of service production and jaerjestemist and to experiment with a wide public and private service provider co-operation. Taemae acquisition is related to the implementation of the pilot and its purposeis that the private service providers do not implement the service process of the jobless client of the unpopular worker as far as possible and as broadly as possible within the framework of the law. The TE Office is responsible for the service in the case of the authorities.

The internal service, objectives and target group of the service to be procured are presented in the preliminary service picture attached to the request for participation.

A more detailed in-house support and implementation method will take shape during the negotiation procedure. The procurement unit reserves the right not to obtain the service provided in the participation request. Based on Taema's participation / offer request, the Maeaerae of the factory procurements will be realized within the budget year under the umbrella funds to be scrapped.
