Building a service center for end users related to the provision of IT services

The subject of the public procurement consists in the delivery, installation, configuration and integration of software constituting a centralized service end users related to the provision of IT services and end-user trainingbusinessmen and technicians. The functional and technical requirements for the execution of the order are described in detail in Section XI - "Technical Specifications".

The subject of the public procurement consists in the delivery, installation, configuration and integration of software constituting a centralized system for end-user service related tothe provision of IT services and training to end users and technicians. The functional and technical requirements for the execution of the contract are described in detail in Section XI - "Technical Specifications". convicted by a verdict in force, unless he / she has resistedtyrant, for a crime under Art. 108a, Art. 159a 159d, Art. 172, Art. 192a, Art. 194 217, Art. 219 252, Art. 253 260, Art. 301 307, Art. 321, 321a and Art. 352 353e of NC;

1.2. has been convicted by a judgment which has the force of res judicata, unless he is rehabilitated, for an offense similar to paragraph 1.1 in another Member State or third country; there are obligations for taxes and compulsory social security contributions within the meaning of Art. 162, -para. 2, item 1 of the TIPC and the interest thereon to the state or the municipality at the headquarters of the contracting authority and the candidate or participant or similar obligations established by an act of a competent authority under the legislation of the state in which the candidate or the participant is established, unless a deferment, deferral or collateralisation of the obligations or the obligation is made by an act which is not acrusade in force

1.4. has been found to have: (a) produced a false document related to the verification of the absence of grounds for removal or fulfillment of the selection criteria, (b) has failed to provide the required information relating to the verification of the absence of grounds for removal or execution selection criteria,

1.5. is found by a punitive decree or-judgment, violation of Art. 61, para. 1, Art. 62, para. 1 or 3, Art. 63, para. 1 or 2, Art. 118, Art. 128, Art. 228, para 3, Art. 245 and Art. 301-305 of KT or Art. 13 para. 1 of the Labor Migration and Labor Mobility Act or similar obligations established by an act of a competent body under the legislation of the state where the participant is established

1.6. there is a conflict of interestcan not be removed. The grounds for removal under this section apply also when the bid is submitted by a grouping to one of the participants who are in the circumstances. The participant for whom the circumstances under item 1 are present may provide evidence that he has taken measures that ensure his / her reliability according to Art. 56 of the Public Procurement Act. When submitting a bidthe participant declares the lack of grounds for elimination by submitting EEDOP, which is submitted in electronic form according to a model approved by an EC act (ENEDOP - Template No 6 to the documentation). The assignor removes from the procedure:

5.1. a participant who does not meet the selection criteria set or fails to fulfill another condition specified in the public notice. order or in the document

5.2. a tenderer who has submitted a tender that does not meet the pre-announced tender conditions; a participant who has submitted an offer that does not comply with environmental and social and labor law rules and requirements, applicable collective agreements and / or international environmental, social and labor law provisions listed inPPL № 10 of the PPL;

5.4. a participant who has not submitted the justification under Art. 72, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act or whose offer has not been accepted according to Art. 72, para. 3 5 of the PPL;

5.5. participants who are related parties within the meaning of - 2, item 45 of the PA of the Public Procurement Act; a participant who is registered in preferential tax jurisdictions (JUPD) or is controlled by a person who is registered in YOUTH or participates in a citizena joint venture / consortium in which a company registered in SEPA is participating (pursuant to Article 3, paragraph 8 of the ZPHODRDKTRTLDDS), unless one of the exceptions under Art. 4 of the Sustainable Development Act

5.7. a participant who has been found to have an exception under Art. (4) of the ZIFODRIPTRLTDS (pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 1, item 3, letter "a" of ЗИФОДРУППДРCPTTDS)

5.8. a participant in respect of whom there is one of the persons referred to in Art. 69 of the Law on Counteracting Corruption and Forfeiting the Unlawfully Acquired Property (PUPONI) circumstances.
