Decision-making services and maintenance for Marseille Provence Airport

The subject of this market is the implementation and the third-party application maintenance of decision-making information systems. The AMP has a Datawarehouse withs functional areas and exploited with the SAP Business Objects and Qlikview tools. ETL feeds are provided by SAP BO Data Services. This is a framework agreement with purchase orders including the implementation of new decisional projects but also a third application maintenance, maintenance and the purchase of Qlikview licenses. This Framework Agreement is of a-2 years renewable twice, for a further period of 2 years, with the following amounts:

This contract is not divided into lots.

The application will be examined in accordance with Articles 43 to 55 of Decree 2016-360 of the 25.3.2016 and 45 to 48 of the order 2015-899 of 23.7.2015. Only applications with sufficient technical, financial and professional guarantees to the regard of the object and the importance of the market, or of the lot (s) concerned, will be retained. The candidates will produce: - the letter of application or DC1, - the declaration of the candidate or DC2,

- in the event of receivership, the copy of the judgment,

- the documents required in points III.1.2.) And III. 1.3).

In replacement the candidate can present an e-DUME accompanies elements required in III.1.2) and III.1.3). In case of grouping or subcontracting, each must provide a complete application file. For subcontractors, a DC4 declaration or commitment letter will have to be provided.

The candidates will produce:
