Description of the offer

The client wishes to replace its existing IT system to acquire a new IT system for optimization of flex traffic. The tender relates to the contract for the delivery, implementation, ongoing development and maintenance of the IT system.

Flex traffic is demand-driven coallively traffic (DRT), with traffic being guided by the needs of the passenger. Flex traffic interconnects passengers on a daily basis across schemes, municipalities and regions.

By allowing flex traffic to handle the statutory visited traffic, the municipality`s and region`s traffic comes into the same pool of traffic, thus opening up the same economies of scale as the other municipalities and regions that already lets flex traffic veret their drives. The driving is carried out by hauliers or taxi companies with whom the transport companies have contracted through tenders. have ordered them. This means that passengers are neededthe doctor, can co-operate with hospital patients or pensioners who are going to purchase. It is thus possible to provide a service that lives up to what is desired from the political level, while at the same time allowing better control of the cost of driving.

Every day the task is to provide effective planning and safe operation in it. agreed quality for the benefit of passengers, municipalities and regions. There wasin 2019 completed about 5.7 million traveling for about 264 000 unique people of about 5 100 cars. This corresponds to just over 15 700 trips per day.

The core task of flex traffic is the coordination of traffic, and is based on an IT system that makes the client available to the traffic companies, and which is made available to the individual municipalities and regions, to the individual administrations.departments and departments. There are approx. 8, 700 registered users in regions, municipalities and transport companies using the existing IT system. set parameters, for continuous foTravel orders are created either by the passengers themselves, or by staff at either authorities or traffic companies. The user group of flex traffic is wide; from schoolchildren with special needs to the oldest and most vulnerable in society. Among other things. therefore, the carriers have traffic managers to monitor and intervene when a journey cannot be carried out within the agreed framework, the consequencecan be great, both for the individual traveler and for the community.

The vision for the project is therefore that the transport companies must continue to be able to provide flex traffic solutions of the desired quality. The solutions must be up-to-date, user-friendly and effective. DKK excl. VAT, with an estimated vvalue on delivery until the acquisition of DKK 25-30 million. DKK. Volume is purely indicative and is based on historical figures, so it cannot be taken as an expression of a guaranteed future sales volume.

The contract includes the following main services, which are further elaborated in the tender documents.

A. Customization, configuration and development of IT system to optimize flex traffic to replace othe existing optimization system of the redirector

B. Implementation in the form of assistance to the commissioning commissioning of the IT system by the transport companies.

C. Maintenance, operation and support in the form of updating of software, monitoring the IT system and providing the daily technical support to the contractor`s eligible users consisting of, inter alia, service desk.

D. The supplier must rununder the contract further develop the IT system ia. as a result of revised and new driving arrangements during the term of the contract. must be disclosed. The ESPD is a self-declaration that acts as preliminary evidence that the applicant, other entities or the association fulfill the criteria.the rules on exclusion, fitness and selection. This information must be verified later.

Tenderer, other entities and associations must, at the contracting party`s request, submit documentation pursuant to Sections 144 and 152 of the Tendering Act for the information provided in the ESPD in connection with the pre-qualification.

The contracting entity is entitled, but not obliged, to request the tenderer, the participants of the association or other entitiesto supplement or clarify the documentation received, cf. 4.

If the tenderer, the participants of the association or other entities are from Denmark, the documentation shall be submitted in the form of a service certificate from the Danish Commerce Agency. The service certificate must contain information from:

- Probate Court v. Court of Justice

- Tax Administration

- ATP

- Police (Criminal Register)

BePlease note that a "consent declaration" must be completed and signed in connection with the ordering of the service certificate.

The service certificate must be ordered from Virk.

For information, the processing time at the Danish Commerce Agency is approx. two (2) weeks from the date of ordering the service certificate to this person has been received.

If the tenderer, one or more of the participants in the association or other entities is not from Denmark, the supplier must, as a rule, submit the forms of documentation provided by e-Certis. e-Certis is an online information system that must be used to find the right documentation to be used byEU Member States in the context of invitations to tender.

If these countries do not issue the relevant certificates or documents, or the certificates or documents issued do not cover all the relevant cases, they may be replaced by a declaration under oath., a declaration of faith and laws may be used instead.

Verification of information providedPart IV of the ESPD selection criteria is as follows:
