Work shift design solution

The target is a work shift design solution for the City of Helsinki branch of education and training. The solution will be used to plan work shifts for different activities in the education and training sectorand. In the first phase, the solution is taken in the early education of a shovel, which employs about 4, 000 workers in the work shift planning. In the following steps, the solution will be extended to several thousands of other activities in the education and training sector, and possibly to myoes culture and leisure industry, along with the City of Helsinki.

The procurement is for a complete solution that the software vendor can provide as a service (SaaS). The solution must be accessible at any time and place, and it must support widely different types of escape devices and modern interaction and mobile connection technologies for mobile accessory hyoedyntae. Due to the continuous change in operations, the features must be comprehensively configurable by the Customer. The solution will create open, documented interfaces that will allow you to connect to the City of Helsinki`s systems for all core workflow data flows and develop functionality.job scheduling, payroll scheduling, payroll planning, optimization, job scheduling and optimization, multi-channel job scheduling, operational job list management, payroll creation, operational tracking, and reporting. The solution should make sure that the plans are based on reliable forecasts, the degree of automation should be high to minimize the workload of managersi, the solution must be able to provide the most complete picture of the need for resources in a short time frame, and the solution must support the supervisor in managing the workload changes that are smoothly uploaded (deputy management). Workers should be offered a comprehensive range of self-service activities, including, receiving work shifts and reporting absences.
