The purpose of this framework agreement is to entrust the holder the continuity, the maintenance and the evolution of the solution of management of the contacts, said solution target, made available to the Mus-e du quai Branly-Jacques Chirac

The purpose of this framework agreement is toentrust the incumbent with the continuity, maintenance and evolution of the contact management solution, called the target solution, made available to the Mus-e du quai Branly-Jacques Chirac.

Mandatory electronic deposit.

Form: the framework agreement is single-beneficiary and not alloti because it does not allow the identification of separate services pursuant to Article L. 2113-11 of the CCP. It is concludedOnly unit prices and will be executed order form by purchase order. It is concluded without a minimum amount but with a maximum amount of EUR 250 000 excluding VAT over its entire duration. It does not include any slice, optional or mandatory variant. Duration of the framework agreement starts from the date of notification to the holder, for a period of 4 years firm.

Questions: the contracting authoritymay send additional information to companies no later than 6 calendar days before the deadline for submission of tenders. Candidates wishing to obtain additional information may do so only by posting on PLACE or by e-mail at the following address: marches-publics@quaibranly.fr by sending in appropriate time so that the public person canReply no later than 6 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. Only the date of receipt by the museum is authentic. No request will be taken into account beyond this date. No further information can be obtained by telephone.

Modifications: the contracting authority reserves the right to bring, at the latest 6 calendar days before the deadline fixed for the racceptance of offers, detailed modifications to the consultation file. The candidates will then have to answer on the basis of the file modified and / or complete, without being able to raise any claim on this subject. If during the study of the file by the candidates, the deadline for the submission of tenders is postponed, the preceding provision is applicable according to this new date.

Regularisation: the applicable procedure involves the absence of negotiations. Pursuant to Article R. 2152-2 of the CCP, minor irregularities in the offer of a candidate will not automatically lead to exclusion. The regularization of only irregular offers, that is to say not respecting the requirements formulated in the documents of the consultation, may be asked to the candidates inthe submission of tenders and the award. Regularization can not have the effect of modifying the substantial characteristics of an offer and does not concern unsuitable, unacceptable, abnormally low or paper-based offers.

Applications: the criteria for the selection of applications are the following:

- adequation professional capabilities under the agreement-cadre: references, professional qualifications,

- adequacy of technical capacity under the framework agreement: material and human resources,

- adequacy of financial capacity under the framework agreement: turnover (amount of and evolution over the last 3 years)

Supply: in order to determine the most economically advantageous tender, the contracting authority will rely on the criteriaweighted allocation in the following way:

- criterion n 1: price (score on 40 points / 100 points), broken down as follows: Fixed price score on 10 points / 40 from the DPGF; Unit prices notes on 30 points / 40 and analyzes by means of a simulation of 3 standard orders,

- criterion n 2: technical value of the offer with regard to technical memory (scored on 60/100 points) broken down next:

- sub-criterion 1 (20/60 points): organization of the first 3 months of the framework agreement,

- sub-criterion 2 (20/60 points): history of maintenance and development,

- sub-criterion 3 (15/60 points): methodology of response to anomalies and guarantee of compliance with deadlines,

- sub-criterion 4 (5/60 points): commercial engineering.
