(19104) 620 External IT services for the production and support division in the field of OFCL acquisitions

So that the OFCL`s production and purchasing divisions can continue to fulfill their basic mandate inFor ongoing projects in high quality and with the same internal resources, the FBL has decided to use external service providers. The services requested will be implemented in the form of service contracts for the provision of ancillary services under a company contract.

External services in the field of SuSE Linux and Splunk:

Criteria of aptitude for all lots:

CDQ 01 Economic / financial capacity

The bidder has the capacityeconomic / financial information necessary for the execution of the mandate.

Excerpt from the register of prosecutions not more than 3 months old at the time the adjudicator so requests. For foreign bidders, equivalent foreign official document recently issued.

CDQ 02 a) Respect for the principles of the procedure

CDQ 06 Availability The tenderer confirms that all the persons proposed and invited to intervene will be under contract with the tenderer (service reports), so that their availability is guaranteed within a period of 2 months. Employment contracts must fulfill all legal requirements. In case of absence of a person proposed because of illness orIn the event of an accident, the Bidder must ensure the replacement of that person by a person with equivalent training.

CDQ 07 Conduct of Employees

The Bidder has direct supervisors who direct the employees he employs and provide technical advice. qualification and the availability of the superiors must be attested, on request, by the service ofwithin 10 days.

CDQ 08 General Responsibility

The Bidder acts as the general contractor and assumes full responsibility for each mandate related to the provision of ancillary services under a contract of business. Bidder designates all subcontractors, indicating the roles assigned to them. Any subcontractors can not be ronly on the prior written authorization of the principal. Sub-sub-contractors are not admitted. The responsibility remains in all cases the responsibility of the bidder.

Negotiations: are reserved. The requesting service enters into negotiations on thes prices only where special circumstances so require, in particular where the requirements need to be clarified or specified, or where the price is unusual.

Conditions governing the procedure: the adjudicator awarding public contracts for services in Switzerland only to tenderers who ensure compliance with the provisions on the protection ofit and working conditions as well as equal pay between women and men. If the service is performed abroad, the tenderer shall at least comply with the fundamental conventions of the International Labor Organization referred to in Annex 2a of the PCO.
