Steps for the implementation of services and expertise Salesforce and Pros

With the end of regulated sales tariffs, EDF sales management must deal with a context competitiveness in the area of energy sales (electricity, gas and renewable energies) and services (energy efficiencyespecially) for all of its customers in the French territory. This requires a transformation of the tools of the business market with the objectives to bring more reactivity, more efficiency and more innovation and to keep the leadership in the reference of the customer relationship, with a quality of irreproachable service . This transformation requires a vast overhaul of its system ofinformation (SI) carried by the IT department of the sales department with several IS transformation projects: redesign of the current CRM tool via the VEGA project with new outsourced SaaS solutions with the products of the Salesforce and Pros publishers, implementation data lake place via the EDMA solution (Hadoop technology), ...

- lot 1: conceive, realize, test, set up, mainhold software solutions within the IS of sales of the business market following a large-scale SAFE Agile methodology or equivalent in coordination with the other IS projects and solutions of the business market (examples: SI CRM, SI Data Lake, SI Billing, SI Edit, SI Pricing).

The functional perimeter of software solutions is complementary and distinct from the developed one.-as part of the VEGA CRM redesign project and responds to the challenges of the company's marketing and sales policy in sales and customer relations: increase competitiveness, improve reactivity (eg improve time-to-market), bring innovative tools (eg new services, multi-channel customer relations) and enable the conquest of new customers, the technical platforme SalesForce / Pros IS of the business market.
