The complete description of the technical characteristics, parameters and requirements is found in the technical specification for the separate position in the documentation for participation in the procedure. The participants should have realized-for the last 3 completed financial years, depending on the date on which the participant is established or started its activity, a minimum total turnover, including a minimum turnover in the scope covered by the contract. "Turnover within the scope of the contract" shall be an amount equal to the part of the net sales revenue realized by activities falling under Lot No1: Development and installation of software with two or more of the following components: a component for controlling and storing information units and communication with interface components; layer for user data acquisition by a user; accessibility by people with disabilities; "Turnover within the scope of the contract" means an amount equal to the portion of the net sales revenue generated by an activity, falling within heading No 2: Development of applications for mobile devices and / or web based platforms / portals.
