Delivery, maintenance, operation, support and further development of a social and health care solution to the municipality of Copenhagen municipality
Purchaser wishes to acquire a new Digital Social and Health Care. The solution must support workflows that control tasks forauthority and performs in vulnerable and disabled adults, children and adolescents. The daily tasks divided into 3 citizen centers, Borgercenter Children and Young People, Citizens 'Center Adult and Citizenship Handicap, and central functions of Social Administration.

The solution must be a digital future-proof platform for the majority of social workers' employees in the municipality of Copenhagen. This-applies partly to the task assignment as authority, partly in relation to the concrete execution of the assigned governmental tasks. It is important that the management's new digital solution can support the Social Committee's vision of coordinated and transparent efforts towards the individual citizen. A coordinated effort must be ensured through a comprehensive plan for the citizen, called Borger's Plan. The vision-with Borgeren's plan is to strengthen cooperation with the citizen on a coherent effort for the benefit of the citizen's desirable development and where all parties can cooperate with and with the citizen - about its developmental goals. The resolution must support and facilitate the municipality's obligations in relation to the complex legislation, as the area is regulated by. The solution will cover almost all social issueswards and workstations on both vulnerable children and adults, disabled children and adults throughout the municipality as well as the social and health care taskings that take place in many different daycare and day care centers.
From the point of view of employees, there is a need for the best possible user assignment whether the employee solves his tasks stationed in an office or more mobile-owned citizensclean. The solution must be easy to use and effective. In other words, the new solution must release time for core assignments and support that the Social Administration has a high quality in the task area in the area of jurisdiction and a good management and documentation of the offered government tasks to the citizen.
It is important that the offered solution can handle the municipality's volume complexity oG users on multiple levels. The task of performing social management tasks in the country's capital means a wide breadth and depth in the professionalism and will naturally make special demands on the new digital solution. Management wants to align work processes based on the idea that "what can be common should be common". However, there will be specific template groups that have special needs for digitAll support.
The co-administrators of the social services collectively possess a large amount of professional knowledge that may be valuable for the future supplier. Social management wishes a good cooperation with the future supplier in a real partnership where suppliers provide management with the right digital support, but where suppliers can access a customer with high academic ambitionsApplicants must attach a completed ESPD section IV.B, filled in as described below.
In the ESPD section IV.B, applicants must state the following financial figures for the last 3 financial statements, cf. section 142 of the Public Procurement Act; - - Total annual turnover in each of the last 3 completed accounts,
- Equity in each of the last 3 completed rainscabinets.
Requests in the ESPD section IV.B also provide insured amounts in the applicant's valid professional liability insurance.
