Maintenance of hydrological measurement networks is provided by diff. partners. It includes both data collection and technical interventions on systems and measurement stations. These interventions are controlled and documented using div. decentralized applications. TheTechnical deficiencies that require intervention are among the main cost factors for the operation of the different measurement networks. At present, the FOEN has no system that can document, analyze and solve all the deficiencies occurring on the national territory.

These interventions are controlled and documented using div. decentralized applications. Technical deficiencies that require intervention are among the main factors in the costs ofmeasuring networks. At present, the FOEN has no system that can document, analyze and solve all the deficiencies occurring on the national territory.

The project aims to acquire a tool which allows the FOEN to optimally and centrally monitor the management of interventions to better control the costs of maintenance and cothe quality of interventions and hydrological data at a high level must be maintained.

The proof of qualification listed below must be provided in their entirety and without restriction or modification at the same time as the offer, otherwise it will not be between on the latter.

Economic / financial capacity

The tenderer has the economic capacity / endnecessary justification for the execution of the warrant.

Proof:

Experience in CMDB

The tenderer has acquired sufficient experience in carrying out projects comparable to this mandate from the point of view of the scope and the complexity of the benefits. He attested to this experience by providing 2 references of comparable projects in terms of content that werein the last 5 years (closing the project in 2013 or later)

For each reference, the following experience must be demonstrated:
