Indication of the remedies: the present invitation to tender being subject to the regulation of Geneva on the awarding of the public markets (RSGe L 6 05.01), it can be the object of a recourse within 10 days as from its publication in FAO at the Administrative Chamber of the Geneva Court of Justice, 10 rue Saint-Leger, PO Box 1956, 1211 Geneva 1. The appeal shall bebe filed in duplicate, refer to this invitation to tender and contain the conclusions duly motivated, with indication of the means of evidence and the signature of the appellant.
