Designing an intermediary for the management and maintenance of SAP licenses

The present march is about the designation of an intermediary for the intervention in rule, the managementand the maintenance of all present and future SAP licenses of the ULiege.

The bidder produces the Single European Market Document, which consists of a clean self-declaration and is accepted by the contracting authority as evidence a priori instead of documents or certificates issued by public authorities or third parties to confirm that the-Applicant concerns:

1) is not in one of the situations of exclusion referred to in Articles 67 to 69 of the Law of 17.6.2016;

2) meets the applicable selection criteria which have been established in accordance with the article 71 of the law of 17.6.2016;
