The assignment concerns the award of a Framework Agreement to one (1) Tenderer per Lot (there are 2 Plots) to perform Logistics services related to ICT hardware and Generic Software, for SSC ONS, gemmenten Zwolle and Kampen and the province of Overijssel

Logistics services relating to complex ICT-Hardware consisting of:

- In consultation with SCC ONS periodically determine the brand, type and configurations of the required ICT-hardware,

- Purchasing this ICT Hardware for SCC ONS and then buying it against agreed surcharges or storage percentages andto deliver the guaranteed delivery time to SCC ONS,

- The guarantee for the delivered ICT-hardware,

- If necessary and at the request of SSC ONS, provide additional services

(i) Annual accountsningen. In order to test the financial capacity, there must be no negative (equity) assets on the basis of the adopted and audited annual accounts for the past two (2) years (2016 and 2017). If the (equity) equity is positive through the provision of subordinated loans (liability capital) with a short term (up to three (3) years)the (equity) equity as being considered negative.

(ii) Annual accounts. The most recent annual accounts do not involve continuity risk (according to a continuity paragraph).

(Iii) Risks. At the time of the Tenderer's company, there is no present or potential risks at present or in the near future that could influence the continuity of the organization.

(Iv) Insuranceng. Tenderer has adequate insurance for professional liability. The Tenderer must be insured for at least 500, 000 Euros per event, whereby the number of events per year is not limited, in the sense that claims from other clients may not 'exhaust' the policy in any year. The Tenderer must remain insured for the duration of the Raamomeeting.
