Programming support services for tasks performed by the City Cyberspace Bureau. The subject of the order is support services for the program implemented by the Office of City Digitalization. Warsaw.
1. The subject of the order is software development support-for tasks carried out by the City's Office of City Digitization. Warsaw.
2. The subject of the order is the provision of IT services: BigData System Specialist (minimum 1 person), in total not exceeding 500 man-hours. The scope of the order includes: 1) keeping at the registered office of the Ordering Party, the place indicated by him and means of communication onthe importance of consulting and software development workshops; 2) assisting the Ordering Party in optimizing its systems for security and compliance with law and good software engineering practice; 3) assisting the Purchaser in adapting the existing software or its components to changing make a prescription eitherIT standards and enhancements and modifications to existing software. A detailed description of the subject matter of the order is contained in the Contract Specification, including the attachments. A public procurement proceeding is governed by the provisions of the Act of 29 January 2004 on the Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1579), hereinafter referred to as "unlimited tender procedure".
2. The Contractor shall be bound by the offer for a period of 60 days. The contracting authority envisages the possibility of granting orders consisting in repealing orders similar to the basic order referred to in art. Article 67 1 point 6 of the Act, up to 50% of the basic order. The Contractor is obliged, before the deadline for submission of tenders, to contribute a bid bond: Name / Part No, adium [PLN]: Lot 1 Group A: PLN 2300; Part 2 Group B: 2000 PLN; Part 3 C group: PLN 10, 000
5. The estimated value of the contract awarded does not exceed the equivalent of EUR 209 000, but the Purchaser carries out the procedure in question as for a value exceeding the amount specified in the provisions issued pursuant to Art. 11 sec. 8 of the Public Procurement Law, as the total estimated value-For orders of the same kind in 2017, it exceeds the equivalent of EUR 209, 000, as well as the estimated value of the awarded order together with the envisaged orders on the basis. Art. 67 (1) (6) of the Act exceeds the equivalent of EUR 209 000.
6. The ordering party will exclude from the proceedings the Contractors in respect of which the conditions for exclusion mentioned in Art. Article 24 1. The contractor does not intend to conclude a framework contract. The Purchaser does not intend to establish a dynamic purchasing system. Documents related to belonging to the same capital group
Within 3 days from the date of posting by the Ordering Party on the website of the opening of the tenders referred to in art. 86 sec. 5 of the Act, the Contractor is obliged to transfer to the Ordering Party (without being calleda) whether or not belonging to the same capital group referred to in art. Article 24 1 point 23 of the Act. With the submission of the statement, the Contractor may provide evidence that the connection with another Contractor does not lead to distortion of competition in public procurement proceedings.
