The contract covers the supply, installation, commissioning, programming and configuration, training of service technicians and users, an automatic storage system, as well as the interfacing with our ERP Qualiac and maintenance of the storage system as a whole (computer, mechanical, electrical, etc.), as described inns the functional and technical specifications and its annexes.

The contract covers the supply, installation, commissioning, programming and configuration, training of maintenance technicians and users, an automatic storage system, as well as interfacing with our Qualiac ERP and maintenance of the storage system.as a whole (computer, mechanical, electrical, etc.), as described in the functional and technical specifications as well as its annexes.
Partial offers are not admitted.
Indication of the remedies: the present call tenders can be appealed within 10 days of the notification of the decision to the Administrative and Public Law Court of TrCantonal ibunal, av. Eugene-Rambert 15, 1014 Lausanne. The appeal must be filed in duplicate, refer to this invitation to tender and contain the duly motivated conclusions, indicating the means of evidence and the signature of the appellant.
Closing time for the submission of tenders / Remarks: Only tenders arriving at the address given in Chapter 1.2 above within the fixed periodwill be taken into consideration. Tenders arriving after the fixed deadline will be excluded from the procedure.
