Service Contract for Communication Lines
Kirkepartner AS would like to hold an open tender contest for the award of a Framework Agreement for the procurement of communication lines.
Main Site : Oslo.
The Norwegian Church has established its own internal delivery unit, Kirkepartner AS, which will operate and manage all ICT services for all the entities in The Norwegian Church. The unit is owned and managed by the entities in The Norwegian Church.
A service contract will be established with a supplier of communication lines, which will regulate the commercial conditions and ensure The Norwegian Church has cost efficient systems.
The following will be archived through this:
— professionalisation of tender processes and seeing to the procurement regulations,
— cost savings through fewer tender enquiries in total,
— better price model for procurements (volume advantages),
— systems that meet several user needs,
— seeing to legal requirements,
— more cost efficient operation and management and increased security, integrity and availability,
— increased service degree of user support.
