The FNP of CNRACL requests a service on the site of the space right of preventionaround the following axes:
It is about the lodging, the maintenance and the evolutions of the site.

The planned notification date du market is April - May 2020. It is a market at global and fixed price (lot 1) and partly mixed at global and fixed price and at unit prices (lot 2), with a duration of 1 year, renewable 3 times for a period of 1 year. The analysis criteria and sub-criteria are as follows:
For lot 1:
Criterion 1: quality of the service, assessed with regard to the methodological score andu SAAS questionnaire (60%)
- sub-criterion 1 - accommodation and maintenance: 50%,
- sub-criterion 2 - redesign and user experience: 20%,
- sub-criterion 3 - ergonomic proposals: (photos, videos, design…): 10%,
- sub-criterion 4 - experience skills on the CV of the dedicated team in connection with the service: 20%.
Criterion 2: price of services, assessed with regard to the financial annex ( 40%).
For lot 2:
Criterion 1: quality of the service, assessed with regard to the methodological score (60%)
- sub-criterion 1: organization of the service: updating and monitoring (alert, legal monitoring) ), structuring of headings and content, proposal and content development: 50%,
- sub-criterion 2: coordination of legal and technical services: 20%,
- sub-criterion 3: competences experience on CV of the dedicated team in connection with the service (legal, pedagogical): 30%.
