- this consultation is carried out within the framework of a grouping of orders of which the RIVP is the coordinator. She will have in charegulates the award, signature and notification of the contract. Each member must monitor the performance of the contract;
The purpose of lot 1 is to guarantee:
- all and the generality of movable and immovable property constituting the property of the RIVP and of the members of the ordering group that this property be owned, rented or managed on behalf of third parties, whatever the degree ofdelegation and its form, condominiums, operating premises and any building or property considered as such including in the context of operations for home ownership, or necessary for the exercise of their professional activities, including lodges guards, witness apartments or marketing bubbles;
- the financial consequences of the responsibility that the RIVP et members of the ordering group may incur either because of the goods themselves, or in their capacity as owner, manager, custodian or administrator of said goods.
- DC1 form (downloadable at the following address: internet address : https://www.economie.gouv.fr/daj/formulaires-declaration-du-candidat). Declaration of honor to justify that the candidate entersin any of the bidding prohibition cases (included in DC1);

- administrative approval for insurance companies in application of article L. 321-1 of the insurance code for the risk sector covered by this consultation;
-certificate of registration at the Orias for intermediaries in application of article R. 512-1 of the insurance code;
- if the candidate intervenes as a general insurance agent, he must provide a certificate from the company worth the mandate and a certificate of professional civil liability insurance in the course of validity;
- if the candidate acts as a broker, hemust provide a copy of the K-Bis extract from the commercial register less than six months old, a copy of the mandate to act on behalf of the company (ies) he intends to enter;
- a certificate of insurance of financial guarantee and professional civil responsibility in the course of validity.
- declaration concerning the turnover concerning the services object of the contract, carried out during the last three financial years available.
The deposits of folds must be imperatively delivered by dematerialized way.

1) The present procedure is a procedure with negociation in application of the provisions of articles L. 2124-3, R. 2124-3 and R. 2161-12 to R. 2161-20 of the public procurement code. This procedure is in two phases. A phase, then a phase. At a time, only one application file must be submitted. Only the selected candidates will then be allowed to submit an offer and will receive the consultation file. The CCAP and the CCTP areattached to inform applicants of the scope of services;
2) Content of the application file: the documents and information to be sent are given in this contract notice. In the event of a grouping, each member must provide all the information requested under technical, economic and professional capacity.
No electronic format is recommended for transmission.n documents. However, files should be transmitted in widely available formats. Electronic signature of documents is not required as part of this consultation;
3) After examining the offers, the RIVP will enter into negotiations with all the selected candidates. However, the contracting authority reserves the right to award the framework agreement on the basis ofinitial offers, without negotiation. At the end of this negotiation phase, the RIVP reserves the possibility of initiating a 2 phase of negotiations with the three best ranked bidders;

The fold will be considered if the telecharThe payment ends after the deadline date and time. If a new fold is sent by the same candidate, the latter cancels and replaces the previous fold. All parts must therefore be removed. The reference time zone is that of (GMT 01:00) Paris, Brussels, Copenhagen, Madrid;
5) Backup copy: it is possible to deposit a backup copy of the electronic mail traInstalled within the allotted time, on electronic physical support (CD-ROM, DVD-ROM, USB key) or on paper support. This copy must be placed in a fold marked, as well as the name of the candidate and the subject of the contract. This copy will only be opened in the cases provided for by the regulations.

6) No form of grouping is required. Candidates are prohibited from presenting their offers by acting both as individual candidates and members of one or more groupings and as members ofe several groupings (the same candidate cannot present several offers);
7) Variants at the initiative of the candidates are not authorized. The reserves presented by the tenderers cannot be substantial and derogate from the clauses of the specifications. They can only be minor. Otherwise, these reservations constitute variants within the meaning of Community law.which are prohibited within the framework of this contract;
8) Tenderers must quantify the required variants identified in the CCTP which the RIVP will or will not retain when awarding the contract.
