Provision of Asset Insurance Services to the Executive Agency for Fisheries and Aquaculture in 6 lots

The scope of activity includes Asset Insurance Services of the Executive Agency for Fisheries and Aquaculture with Motor Third Party Liability Insurance, Motor Third Party Liability Insurance liability "of vessels, Casco of the IAR vehiclesA, Casco's of vessels, Accident of seats of NAFA's vehicles, Accidents of seats of vessels, Occupational accident and Life insurance of NAFA's employees, Real estate owned by NAFA, insurance for satellite and satellite equipment and equipment used by NAFA

Insurance of cars owned by NAFA with Casco insurance or equivalent according to the technical specifications of the contracting authority.

With respect to all lots the participants must have a license to carry out insurance activity on the territory of the Republic of BULGARIA, issued by the order of the Insurance Code (CC) by the Financial Supervision Commission (FSC), valid at the time of the submission of the offer and including the insurances for the subject of the lot for which the offer is submitted. Foreign participants should hold a valid license and / or equivalent document for carrying out insurance activity in the territory of the Republic of BULGARIA, issued in accordance with the CP by the FSC and / or by another competent authority, or an equivalent document issuedaccording to the legislation of the Member State in which the participant is established, valid at the time of the submission of the offer and including the insurances on the subject of the lot concerned. The procedure may be attended by any Bulgarian or foreign legal entity, orex associations that meet the conditions of Art. 10, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA) and the requirements of the contracting authority. The assignor shall remove from participation a participant for whom the grounds under Art. 54, para. 1, Art. 55, para. 1 of the PPA, the conditions under Art. 107 of the PPA, as well as the circumstances under Art. 3, para. 8 of the Law on Economic and Financial Relations of the Companies Registeredin preferential tax jurisdictions, their controlled entities and their beneficial owners. The documents proving the absence of grounds for removal are specified in Art. 58 of the PPA and shall be presented by the tenderer selected before the contract is concluded. Documents proving compliance with the selection criteria shall be submitted before the conclusion of the contractpa for the award of the public procurement pursuant to Art. 67, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Law and are: a list of the services provided during the last 3 years, depending on the date on which the participant was established or started its activity, with the following: subject; the assignor (recipient); value; start and end date; the quality in which it fulfilled the contract, as well as evidence of services rendered. When signing the dogoa declaration under art. 59, para. 1, item 3 of the Law on Measures against Money Laundering

The total value of the public procurement is BGN 324, 000, but on the grounds of Art. 21, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act, the contracting authority will assign Lot No 7 "Motor Insurance to the Executive Agency for Fisheries and Aquaculture with Third Party Liability Insurance or equivalent"and Lot No 8 "Insurance of employees of the Executive Agency for Fisheries and Aquaculture with occupational accident or equivalent" and "Life" or equivalent "in the order valid for the individual value of the lots, ie according to Article 20, para 3, item 2 of the Law on Public Procurement, the announcement will be available on the buyer profile of the Executive Agency underfisheries and aquaculture. The residual value of the contract is BGN 263 000, respectively. Lot 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 will be awarded in the order applicable to the total value of the whole contract. Participants can obtain the necessary information on tax and social security obligations, environmental protection, employment protection and working conditions in force in the territoryof the Republic of BULGARIA and relevant to the subject of the contract, to the addresses specified in the procurement documents, to the addresses specified in Section 2 Chapter IX, Item 3 of the Contracting Authority's documentation.

Performance Guarantee

1. The contract performance guarantee shall be presented by the tenderer having signed the contract at the rate of 3% (three percent)of its total value excluding the CFD.

2. The conditions for release and detention are set out in the draft contract.

3. The contractor designated as the contractor shall choose the form of the performance guarantee.

4. The performance guarantee is presented in the form of a bank guarantee - in original, in cash (original on a payment order) or in insurance (original on a policy), which guarantees the performanceit by covering the contractor's responsibility. If the performance guarantee is presented in the form of a monetary amount, it shall be transferred to the account of the Executive Agency for Fisheries and Aquaculture in a bank - UniCredit Bulbank, Burgas Branch: IBAN: BG86 UNCR 7527 3159 0557 01, with bank transfer fees being at the expense of the originator. If the performance guarantee is in a formThe bank guarantee must be unconditional, irrevocable and payable in whole or in part at the amount indicated by the contracting authority upon first written request, in which the contracting authority states that the contractor has failed to fulfill an obligation under the contract
