Decennial collective contract for the renovation of the National Maritime Museum (CCRD)

Service contract passes in application of articles L. 2123-1 to L. 2124-4 of the code of the public order and articles R. 2161-12 to R. 2161-20 of the public order code (procedure with negotiation). The purpose of this policy is to guarantee therenovation works of the National Museum of the Navy in a collective contract of decennial responsibility

The purpose of this contract is therefore to conclude a collective Tenure Liability Agreement (CCRD) applicable to the Naval Museum renovation operation where OPPIC acts as the delegated building manager. The technical detailthat of the operation is mentioned in the Cahier des clauses particulierses (CCP). The purpose of this insurance is to provide insured persons with a supplement of the amount of the guarantee, in excess of the amounts of guarantee of their civil liability insurance contracts, allowing, within the limit of the final cost of the operation, the repair material damage to the work. The moThe total amount of the work (honorary work) is estimated at EUR 43 467 820 excluding tax. The tax base of the CCRD is EUR 30 180 000 before tax.
