The subject matter of the proceedings is the following insurance services in two lots for the congress culture Bregenz and Bregenzer Festival:

The general requirement of an official decision for the permissibility of the exercise of an activity in Austria as well as the obligation according to -- 21 and 194 of the Federal Public Procurement Act 2018 is expressly pointed out. Sections 21 and 194 of the Federal Public Procurement Act 2018 oblige applicants or tenderers operating in the territory of aother Contracting Party to the EEA Agreement or are established in Switzerland and are required to obtain an official decision concerning their professional qualifications in order to carry out an activity in Austria, to initiate any such proceedings as soon as possible, or in any case before the expiry of the time limit for the submission of tenders. For regulated trade (- 94 of the Industrial Code 1994) this becomeswith reference to -- 373a to 373e of the Trade Regulations 1994.
