The subject of procurement are the services:

Main Site: The place of provision of the service are all places where the insured persons, property and interest can be found insured from part C Technical specification.

The subject of procurement are services:

1. Insurance group 01:

- Insurance of persons - combined collective insurance from posaccidental accident (accident);

- Insurance of persons - collective insurance against accidents (accidents) for persons working in mined areas;

- Insurance of persons - insurance of drivers, passengers and workers from consequences of an accident (accident);

2. Insurance group 03:

- Car insurance;

3. Insurance group 10:

- Liability insurancein motor vehicles;

4. Insurance group 13:

- Liability insurance.

Entry in the register. Economic operators must be registered in a court, craft, professional or other appropriate register in the country of his business.

Authority or membership. The economic operator must possess evidence of possession of authority or membership, as follows: a) valid authorization of the competent authorityand the supervisory body (HANFE) for carrying out the insurance business subject to this procurement, where: (a work permit) where:

- an insurance company with head office in the Republic of Croatia delivers a valid permit (license) issued by the competent supervisory authority (HANFE ) in accordance with Articles 17, 24 and 453 of the Insurance Law (OG No. 30/15);

insurance company from another EU Member State and / orand the signatory parties to the Treaty on the European Economic Area, which in accordance with the Insurance Law (OG No. 30/15) have the right to perform insurance activities through the freedom to provide services or business, shall submit a certificate of entry in the Register "Notices of insurance and / or reinsurance companies from EU Member States ", which is managed by the competent supervisory authority (HANFA);

- insurance company from SwitzerlandConfederations which in accordance with the Insurance Law (NN No. 30/15) have the right to carry out insurance activities through a business, shall submit the approval of the competent supervisory authority (HANFE) for carrying out insurance activities in the territory of the Republic of Croatia through a business establishment (branch); for insurance from a third country which, according to the Insurance Act (OG No. 30/15), has the right to performthe business of insurance through a business shall submit the approval of the competent supervisory authority (HANFE) for carrying out insurance activities in the territory of the Republic of Croatia through the establishment (branch). b) The membership certificate in the Croatian Insurance Office in accordance with Art. 43. Law on Compulsory Insurance in Transport (Narodne Novine, No. 151/05, 36/09, 75/09, 76/13 and 152/14) that the insurance companyhe may perform compulsory insurance only if he is a member of the Croatian Insurance Office. The economic entity must be a member of that organization in order to execute a contract or part of a contract.
