The subject of the open procedure is the selection of contractors for the public procurement with the subject: of services for conclusion of group insurance "Accident at work" for the needs of Varna municipality and secondas the following:

1. In the execution of the contract, the accident insurance group "Employee's accident insurance" for employees and employees in the OP VOC shall be concluded for the whole term of the contract (24 months) after securing financial resources in the budget of the Municipality of Varna for the respective financial year for the needs ofOP VUT - Secondary budget spending unit to the Municipality of Varna, according to Technical Specification - Annex 1 of the present conditions, for 100 (one hundred) workers and employees in OP "OP", as well as unemployed persons of working age, according to Article 12, paragraph 1, para 2 and para 3 of RVSPA, who receive monthly social benefits under the provisions of Article 9 of RVSPA and persons providing socially useful labor for a period of 144 hours a day, on the basis of a cooperation agreement between OP "OP" and Social Assistance Directorate at Varna Municipality. The coverage of occupational accidents will include insurance risks under the Ordinance on the obligatory insurance of workers and employees for the risk of "Accident at work" (adopted by Council of Ministers Decree No 24 / 6.2.2006, SG, No. 15 of 17.2.2006., amended and supplemented, SG No. 68 of 22.8.2006, amended, SG No. 46/2007, p. 5 of 2010 and no. 19 of 2018) in connection with Art. 55, para. 1 and para. 2 of the CSR and is determined on the basis of gross labor remuneration. The insurance must include the following insurance cover: death due to an accident at work; permanently reduced working capacity as a result of an accident at work; temporary incapacity to work due to an accident at work of more than 10 days, -on 6 (six) gross wages (BTV); medical expenses and / or repatriation as a result of an accident at work. Insurance risks should cover employees with a TERM decision. Minimum Required Risk Coverage - 10, 000 BGN per person, with a maximum insurance premium per person up to 50 BGN excluding VAT. The Contracting Authority does not impose requirements on the economic and financial standing of the Participants. for one, for more or for all lots. The actions of the Commission for the selection of the participants, examination and evaluation of the tenders shall be carried out in reverse order with subsequent selection, according to Art. 104, para. 2 of the Public Procurement Act. A performance guarantee is submitted before the contractor signs the contract. Pursuant to Art. 111, para. 2 of the PPA, the contracting authority sets out a performance bond of 3% of the value of the contract for each lot to be paid by the successful tenderer to the account of the contracting authority or to provide a bank guarantee or to present insurancewhich ensures the performance by covering the contractor's responsibility before signing the contract.
