Energinet — Third Party Liability Insurance

Energinet is procuring third party liability insurance.

Third Party Liability Insurance

The procurement of insurance services will follow the requirements of the Utilities Directive 2014/25/EU of theEuropean Parliament and of the Council of 26.2.2014 on procurement by entities operating in the water, energy, transport and postal services sectors.

All Tenderers must uphold permission to write insurance risks as specified in this tender by the Danish FSA. Tenderer cannot be replaced by a different legal person/entity than the one mentioned in the ESPD. This also applies to group-related companies.

Any and all tenderers who wish to submit a tender must first be pre-qualified by submitting the applicable European Single Procurement Document (ESPD) in accordance with the time limits put forth in the tender documents.

The applicant must complete ESPD Parts II, III, V and Part VI. The contracting entity may at any time in the tendering procedure require the tenderer to submit documentation to prove thatthere is no basis for exclusion and that the minimum eligibility requirements are met when this is necessary for the proper conduct of the procedure.
